Page 18 of the investigation report talks about the complete lack of evidence that Clinton told anyone to delete emails under subpoena.

Pagliano deleted the emails. He said that no one told him to do so after the subpoena.

Trump has been charged with (so far) 40 felony counts of committing crimes.
He is probably guilty based upon the strong evidence that I have seen so far against him.
And I haven't even seen it all.

Because this is what he's going to have to present to the jury.
Again, once he is charged the cases aren't just going to "go away" like magic.
They have to go to court and be heard by a jury.

Hillary was allowed to not only destroy evidence that was under subpoena, but was helped to destroy that evidence by the Secret Service and the DOJ/FBI, just to keep her from being charged with crimes.
Nevermind the fact that they actually admitted she had an illegal server that she was conducting government business on, but she was allowed to pick and choose what she was willing to allow the government to see. They had her dead to rights on obstruction and still they chose not to bring charges.
To be frank about it....they have the ability to find out what she had on that server, because everything she transmitted went to and from somewhere else. But of course she destroyed all of the cell phones she was using to transmit and receive that data.
That's how many counts of obstruction and destruction of evidence?

My guess is she was not only doing illegal business with the okay from Obama, but also doing stuff that would be considered felonies that had nothing to do with her job.

Federal prosecutors announced new charges against Donald Trump in his alleged hoarding and hiding of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago home, alleging the former president and a newly-charged aide tried to keep security camera footage from being reviewed by investigators.

Trump was also hit with a fresh charge, in addition to the 31 counts he already faces, of illegally retaining national defense information.

The indictment charges that Trump and two aides, Waltine “Walt” Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, requested that another Trump employee "delete security camera footage at the Mar-a-Lago Club to prevent the footage from being provided to a federal grand jury.”

De Oliveira is the second Trump aide to be charged in the documents case. Nauta was indicted alongside Trump in June, accused of helping the former president mislead investigators as they sought to retrieve all of the classified documents that remained at the former president’s home and private club after he left the White House.
