New York AG: Trump now under criminal investigation

Trump did not hand over documents. He stonewalled for years.
You realize this decision was appealed to the Supreme Court?

Of course not. You're really not well informed.
what did the supreme court say?
That Congress has a Constitutional authority to issue subpoenas.
I never said they didn't, they just aren't binding to law. Fk, I can write up a subpoena, doesn't mean shit.
Your subpoena doesn’t mean shit because you don’t have the constitutional authority to do so. Congress does, so they are binding to law.

Read the decision.
then why wasn't theirs?
Because it wasn’t specifically about the legislative process.

The subpoena from the NY AG was perfectly valid, one which was produced from a grand jury and which Trump also fought for 2 years delaying that investigation.
did they get their documents? you still haven't said.

No one has been investigated more than Trump.
I call complete bullshit. Hillary Clinton was investigated for 30 years, at least 8 congressional inquiries, 11 hours of testimony. Republicans even admitted they were only doing it to spoil her run for president.

Witch hunt from day 1.
Erin Durkin in New York
Tue 7 May 2019 02.00 EDT

While running to be New York’s attorney general, Letitia James did not mince words about Donald Trump. She called him an “illegitimate president” who should be removed from office, and vowed to use every legal avenue to investigate Trump and his business dealings.

Since taking office at the beginning of the year, she has toned down the rhetoric but she has let subpoenas do the talking instead – pursuing a barrage of investigations and emerging as a major thorn in the side of Trump and his political allies and notching up successes where even Congress has been blocked.

Does that make him guilty?
No. It makes him a person who hasn’t really been investigated thoroughly.
thought you said he wasn't being investigated? which is it? is he ? has he turned over any documents to congress yet? come on big boi, pull up those pampers and let's go.

Your standard:

If one Republicans said something, all Republicans said it.

This rule doesn't apply to Democrats

No it has not. If people are not satisfied they keep investigating. That is what is happening to Trump. Doing it to Trump is OK, looking for fraud that over 100 million think happened is not?
Trump is being investigated because the more information they get, the more crimes they have uncovered.

Why do you think Trump fought so hard to keep anybody from seeing his tax returns.

And now that they've seen them, they're investigating crimes related to them.

the constitution? where the fk do you think you fking live dude? i'm chuckling as i write this. holy you ain't got an american cell in your brain batman.

After years of fighting the US Supreme Court said that the subpoena issued for Trumps tax and financial records was legal.

You might have a leg to stand on, if after getting Trumps taxes, they said there was nothing to see. Instead the more information they get about Trumps finances, the more fraud they uncover.

Trumps foundation was just the tip of the iceberg.

Actually that point became moot. Trump is no longer in office, so congress has no purpose to continue to fight for them. Especially since they're in the hands of the NY DA, and now the NY AG, and available to the SDNY who can better use that information.

Like the fraud.
“The fraud” probably refers to the election. It’s been investigated very thoroughly. You’ll deny this simply on the basis that you don’t like the outcome of the investigations, which demonstrates a personal bias in the matter.

What’s happening to Trump isn’t that people keep investigating. It’s one investigation that has been obstructed so it’s taken a very long time.

What you’re doing with the election demonstrates a fundamental dishonesty about the investigations.
