Here's a clue for you a$$hat: YOU DON'T NEED TO REPLENISH THE NATIONAL STOCKPILE UNTIL THERE'S A THREAT. Trump was told there was a threat and DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING FOR THREE MONTHS FROM DECEMBER 1ST TO MARCH 15TH.
