What drives me nuts is that these schools make these cafeterias for profit. My kids pay $2.75 when they buy their lunch. They need to buy two lunches in order to get enough to eat. When I was in high school, I had to eat three lunches to get enough to eat. Of course, when I was in school, lunches were only $.50.

maybe I missed it, but I couldn't tell if the kids got slammed cause Mom (or Dad assuming they have both(- didn't send the check. I sort of assumed that, thinking that kids eliigible for free lunches were still getting them.
