This is one of many reasons I don't think Trump has been a success.

He has a hard time getting his own party to go along with his agenda. Trump supporters better hope Democrats don't win either chamber of Congress in 2018. If they win just one, his agenda is dead on arrival completely.

In theory, Trump should be able to get his agenda rubberstamped because not a single Democratic yes vote is necessary. Yet there's no funding for the wall, no repeal and replacement of Obamacare, no tax reform and not yet a budget and this is a Republican majority in both that we're talking about.
