It seems to be verified since no military help was dispatched to Benghazi during the attack. The bottom line is we should have closed down the consulate since the Brits and the Red Cross had the common sense to get out.

There you go. No one is accusing Obama of being involved in the failure to send troops to help the mission, the point is his abuse of the power of his office to impede finding out what happened. That is the real issue, and it's what's being attacked. He created a problem where none needed exist, I don't see any criminal behavior in the act itself, just politically motivated poor judgement. However, the cover up is an issue.
