Noshville could close its doors in Midtown sometime next year if the mixed-use project planned for its location moves forward.
On Wednesday the developer planning that development at the corner of Broadway and 20th Avenue South completed buying the diner's roughly half an acre home for $3.3 million. That was the final tract known to be needed for the project.

The article clearly articulates why Obamacare shut this business. ANd it is one of many many many more to come.
It is amazing. You increase the cost of labor exponentially and suddenly there are fewer people working. Who knew?

Glen Smith, Noshville's director of operations, said the diner is pursuing a short-term lease on space where it would move and continue to offer its staple items on a limited menu while redevelopment is underway.
"We'll be going back into the new building," he said, adding work on the project won't start for another year.
