They are still in Damascus but not for long anymore. Read my thread about the Jobar District. They are not in Homs. Did you know that the fighters, who left Homs were welcomed by Isis and forced to join that group or be killed? And "humanitarian aid" can be used by Al-Nusra fighters, too. True story.
