Great. Name gun laws that is respected by criminals? How about you name gun law that's respected by non criminals? The way I see it, only way to reduce gun crimes without infringing on constitutional rights is to increase punishment for the gun crimes. Make it mandatory 20 years for any gun crime, and 30 to life for any murder with a gun.

I like that. And, constitutionally, types of guns can be restricted, and gun regulations, such as background checks, etc., are permitted.
