Number of Americans living paycheck to paycheck jumps 7 percent, report shows

Those are all culture war bullshit items that the right wing elite lead the imbeciles that support them. All of those are geared at scary brown people.

- Defind the police is not a thing. But it plays well to people scared of the brown skin Americans.

- CRT is not a thing but it plays well to the imbeciles scared of brown skinned folks.

-Masks are entirely voluntary now and we’re a minor inconvenience meant to stir up emotion when the right wingers had no strategy on Covid. Left wing strategy: Get a vaccine and wear a mask. Right wing strategy: Try not to die if you get it so you can say you have natural immunity. That has led to 96% of deaths being the unvaxed.

How about real policy?
- infrastructure bill
- rolling back wealthy tax credits to reduce deficit
- access to daycare so single women can find work
- access to education so America can compete
- investment in next gen tech and energy so we can lead from strength
- a rational immigration policy that Trump backed away from when the Dems considered trading for the wall

Honestly if you back away from “scary brown people will kill you” rhetoric of the right you’re left with terrible policies that continue to make the US a feudal system of haves and have nots. There have to be policies that drive opportunity and wealth into the broad classes of Americans or we will crumble. It won’t be socialism that takes over. It will be anarchy.
So the school board personnel were not kicked out? CRT and Defund the Police were 100% Democrat led policies and still are. Your spending bills are a joke full of pork and bullshit. Both parties suck at balancing the budget and understanding that we need to empower small businesses in order to drive innovation, employment and growth.

That seems to be assumed when he said he was retired.
He likely closed his landscaping business and he isn’t retired. He works for a hotel. Usually when an owner sells he sticks around for one or two years as part of the sales agreement to ensure seamless transfer, customer retention, etc.

The term record profits is pretty ambiguous.

For someone who says they know all this shit you don't seem to realize that

You don't know what his business was so you're just making stupid assumptions

You are the KING of stupid assumptions.

That is true, but living paycheck to paycheck means not even being to afford the basics of life.
It doesn't mean that at all.

Thats exactly what it means you dope. If you don't understand that there are poor people out there who can barely feed their kids because Bidenflation is causing food and heating costs to soar then you need to pull your head out of your ass.

Neither do you and you opine like an imbecile. Very few businesses are sold with the owner walking away day 1. Usually they stick around for 6 to 24 months to ensure a seamless transition and customer retention. He now works at a hotel as a maintenance guy so he obviously didn’t sell. His business failed.

Thread topic:

Number of Americans living paycheck to paycheck jumps 7 percent, report shows

(The Center Square) – A growing number of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck despite increasing wages, a newly released report found.
PYMNTS and Lending Club released the report, which says that 61% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, an increase of 7 points since May 2021. The report also found 54% of Baby Boomers and seniors are living paycheck to paycheck.

OP comment: Thanks Joe, you keep ruining Americans lives a home and abroad.

Not usually.

I didn't, when my wife sold her business she didn't

If you have trained your management support staff properly than any one of them should be able to step into your role

You’re nuts. Why would I advise someone to buy a business when the clientele could exit due to loyalty to the former owner? These days it’s the norm for the owner to stick around and get a sweetener if the business exceeds plan post sale. I do not know what businesses you had but I again do this for a living but I work with companies with revenues of at least $10mil

So, his landscaping business worked for a hotel? You are making no sense now

Hate to ask such a thing, but can you provide some sort of evidence of this other than "because I said so"?.

Bullshit

If you have trained your management support staff properly then they can fill your role easily.

I owned a good sized property management group and a construction co I sold both and didn't have to stick around because I had at least 4 people who could do anything I did and the first thing the buyer did was put them all under contract with a pay raise.

My wife sold her Veterinary Clinic and didn't have to stick around because her assistant practice manager and the 3 vets she employed knew the business inside and out

Along with inflation we have a massive wages problem. Inconceivably huge problem. They have been stagnant since the 80s. That decade started a bad ominous trend in america.

No. I am always surprised at how easily you guys are motivated by fear. Look at all the political tropes you just posted. CRT, defund, and you wrote off anything the democrats propose as pork when almost all the republicans are acting like they secured the infrastructure bill back home. ACA is wildly popular and the pubs have given up on reforming. Hell they didn’t even try.

Why stay loyal to a group that just tries to scare you with social justice BS and then pisses on any attempt to fix American shortcomings?

Republicans say the government doesn’t work then get elected to prove it.

Because you never ran a business and don't know shit about running one.

The whole point of a business is that it makes money when the owner isn't there. The staff and management support team are far more important than the owner in any business that has more than a couple employees.

Can they? Bullshit. Vet clinic is different. MDs can do it day one. If I have a businesses selling plumbing supplies then I would want the owner to stick around for at least 12 mos. Her business was tiny. I deal with companies with revenues or $10mil and up.

Not true. Frequently the owner and or CEO is critical. Many times a new owner may replace the management staff. Depends on the business and the staff.

It works for the Four Seasons!
