If there was a problem, it would have been made very public by the UNITIED STATES INTERNAL REVEVUE SERVICE who are in possession of all of his tax returns.
OK. Let's go real slow here. Who is in charge of enforcing and penalizing tax fraud? Hmmm. Who could that be?
