The Iraqis supposedly have an active military of over 250,000, with 300,000 reserves.

Who was supposed to figure out that that would not be sufficient to stop a few thousand ISIS fighters?

For starters I'd have recommended that Obama stop his assinine regime change program in the Middle East.

It didn't work in Egypt when he handed the country over to the MB. Libya is a dogs breakfast with militias having pool parties at the US Embassy in Tripoli AND his obsession with deposing Assad has given the world ISIS.

Obama is so crazy wild to get Assad gone he's still talking about arming and training freaking moderate rebels more than he already has.

Carter and Clinton share the blame for signing the bills that created the housing bubble. Bush deserves criticism for being unable or unwilling to reverse those bills.
