I find it eerily similar that our illustrious "Marxist-In-Chief" deemed that there isn't a "Smidgeon of corruption" within the IRS - (Yep! All Americans buy into that crap) and Richard Nixon declaring "Manson Guilty" back in the 70s.

What's the tie-in you ask?

One - The IRS Investigation is ongoing - how the HELL does Obama know the outcome??

Two - Richard Nixon declared a man's guilt BEFORE the trial was finished.

Strange…..perhaps it's because the IRS "Investigator" (and I use that term EXTREMELY loosely) is a huge contributor to Papa Docs campaign??

Strange, though, that the IRS would ADMIT that they IN FACT were targeting conservative groups….Guess that that ISN'T "corruption" in this fool's mind…..

The IRS investigated political groups. Some of them happened to be conservative. Cry us a river :p

US mass murderer Manson too weak to undergo surgery: report
Saturday 7th January, 2017: US mass murderer Charles Manson, who was rushed to hospital earlier this week, is suffering from intestinal bleeding but is too weak to undergo surgery, media reports said on Friday.
The 82-year-old, who is serving nine life sentences for the 1969 grisly killing of seven people, including pregnant actress Sharon Tate, was reportedly transported from California's Corcoran state prison to a hospital in Bakersfield on Sunday. The celebrity gossip website TMZ said Manson was supposed to undergo surgery on Thursday but doctors determined he was too weak and the procedure too risky. TMZ said doctors wanted to perform surgery shortly after he was rushed to hospital but he refused.

Manson finally agreed to go under the knife on Thursday but his condition was too weak, TMZ said. "Manson remains in hospital and doctors are trying to figure out their next move," it added. Manson headed an apocalyptic cult that went on a killing spree in 1969 in upscale, mostly white neighborhoods of Los Angeles. The group hoped to blame the crimes on African Americans and spark what Manson termed a "Helter Skelter" race war.

He was sentenced to death in 1969 along with four of his "Manson Family" disciples for having led the killing of seven people -- including director Roman Polanski's wife Sharon Tate, who was eight months pregnant -- but their sentences were later commuted to life in prison. Manson, who was not actually present but ordered the bloody rampage, has been denied parole 12 times and is not eligible to apply again until 2027.

A prison official told AFP that during his more than 40 years behind bars, the cult leader had accumulated well over 100 rules violations, including for assault, possession of a weapon, threatening staff and possessing a cellphone. "He cannot be described as a model inmate," said Terry Thornton, a spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Thornton said she could not comment on Manson's health condition because of privacy laws.

California governor stops parole for Charles Manson follower
24 June`17 — California Gov. Jerry Brown on Friday night blocked parole for Charles Manson follower and convicted killer Bruce Davis.
Brown's rejection issued late Friday night is the fifth time Davis has been recommended for parole by a state panel only to see it blocked by a governor, and continues Brown's unflinching pattern of refusing to allow anyone from Manson's "family" to be freed. On Feb. 1, the parole panel recommended release for the 74-year-old Davis, who is serving a life sentence for the 1969 slayings of musician Gary Hinman and stuntman Donald "Shorty" Shea. Davis was not involved in the more notorious killings of actress Sharon Tate and six others by Manson's group. Brown in his written decision acknowledges the factors that led the board to recommend parole for Davis: His efforts to improve himself, his academic progress, and 25 years with no discipline for misconduct.

But he said these things are "outweighed by negative factors that demonstrate he remains unsuitable for parole. "These cult murders have left an indelible mark on the public — the Manson Family is still feared to this day," Brown wrote. "Incredibly heinous and cruel offenses like these constitute the 'rare circumstances' in which the crime alone can justify a denial of parole." Also, Brown added "his continued minimization of his own violence and his role in the Manson Family further shows that he remains an unreasonable risk to the public."

The governor's decision came a week before the deadline. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger also rejected Davis' parole bid before Brown made a common ritual of it. A message left with Davis lawyer Michael Beckman was not immediately returned. Davis is serving his time at the California Men's Colony at San Luis Obispo. During the half-century since the slayings, parole panels decided five times that Davis is no longer a public safety risk. Officials have cited his age and good behavior behind bars that includes earning a doctoral degree and ministering to other inmates.

Davis testified at his 2014 hearing that he attacked Shea with a knife and held a gun on Hinman while Manson cut Hinman's face with a sword. "I wanted to be Charlie's favorite guy," he said then. Beckman, who has been fighting for years for the release of Davis, said in February that his client is the most rehabilitated prisoner among the 2,000 he is representing in the penal system. "There's no one even a close second," Beckman said. On Thursday, California officials denied parole for convicted killer and Manson follower Patricia Krenwickel.
