Once again pointing out the elephant in the room

It would occur to me that any group of people that wish to live in common will have the shared cost of that arrangement.

Call it taxes, fees or shared labor. It is simply sharing that cost.

So be it.

Hey mate, people can coexist without having to pay for each others shit.

We can also collectively organize and form institutions without establishing a government bureau to steal from everybody.
Have you ever worked for a company and had the unenviable job of planning the annual picnic? After one experience like that, you will understand that groups of people do NOT collectively organize and sweetly work together for a common goal. There's got to be a pecking order to keep (relative) peace amongst us humans.

Well, there are certainly always people who believe they are entitled to be in charge of other human beings.
And it is invariably NOT the person in charge. Count on it.

Seems they do prevail sometimes to me and end up there. I'm not convinced those who believe they should be, should be.

The person that fucks everyone over is usually in charge - and always is in the employment of the federal government… LOL

I disagree, but what does that have to do with social contract theory.

The founding fathers never instituted an income tax by the way.

I choose the one where I proudly declare to all, "Fuck the system!"
The Founders provided a state where if you don't pay taxes levied by the legislature, you go to jail. You can always move. But more constructively, it seems clear that a supermajority believes that the tax system is not fair because the rich don't pay; the fed govt spends too much, although the consensus is probably more on for aide than social spending. Yet we seem unable to elect anyone who believes that.

And the bailouts rolled right on thru "both" "liberal" and "conservative" administrations against the wishes of ~90% of americans.
This is true, but Some want to conveniently forget the auto bailout should not of happened. Those were started by George W. Bush an absolute progressive. Fact

Well he sure did fool a lot of "conservatives".
Only a stupid fool believes conservatives voted for W or his dad… LOL
He was a big spending pro big government progressive here's the proof. Socialism always fucks over the individual

The problem with some folks who call themselves "conservative" is, they are never responsible for anything.

Sounds like american style capitalism.

Right, well could you tell the people at the top to lead by influence and not with a military and police force at their disposal?
I'm sure that would work well with those of us who amenable to being led. It's the ones who say f*ck that you have to get the police out for. Tell me you'd ALWAYS drive 55 mph just to be a good person it wasn't going to get you a ticket. The best bosses I've ever had set a great example. They have been rare. But I agree they are precious.

Can I get an example of any place on the planet that runs on voluntary taxes !?!

Facts about colonial america.

The Continental Army was funded with no taxes. There were no social services. The law was mundane and trivial. There were no conventional police.

In other words, the good old days.

Then you do mistake the organizing principle of human co-existence: violence.

What? Not sure what you mean.

I believe force is necessary to maintain freedom. The revolution is not a one time event and all.

One of the legitimate functions of a constitutional republic is taxation.

Get over that simple fact, freeks.
Taxation without representation legitimate? Control freak
You are not represented. Then you do not live in the USA.

Unless you live in DC. Republicans won't allow them Representation.

Can I get an example of any place on the planet that runs on voluntary taxes !?!
The excepting of perceived taxes is not fairness... dip shit

Here's your system pard:

Privatized gains versus socialized losses for the Wall Street bankster class
Internalized profit versus externalized risk and expense for the “job creator” class
Socialism for the aristocracy versus laissez-faire capitalism for the masses

Tough to do without one group, the able, dominating subgroups.

Fact: The soldiers brought their own firearms and pitchforks, went barefoot through the snow.
Fact: There were courts with stricter in your face laws about adultery, out of wedlock pregnancy, selling liquor without permission, and unpaid debts than we have now.
I fear you're living in a dream.

The problem with some folks who call themselves "conservative" is, they are never responsible for anything.
You got it backwards a real conservative is responsible for themselves, thus very little need for federal government "fairness". While it is human nature to seek out a deadbeat system like socialism, the individual that's really conservative will resist such things.

I agree, but I also believe freedom takes responcibility.

I realize that historical trends have people betraying their liberty at the hands of strong men promising to give them security. That is the reason why I am an insurrectionist.

That's true, but problems with payment in part led to the constitution, which provided
to tax, borrow, pay debt and provide for the common defense and the general welfare; to regulate commerce, bankruptcies, and coin money

So, to go back to this social contract you find to be a fiction, I suggest you have the right to vote for people to tax, or not, tax you.

You won't even take responsibilty for the Bush's, c'mon. Everytime your version of "conservatism" fails you slide out from under it like you just did with the Bush's and fecklessly attempt to blame something else.
