I will give him kudos for that.

But that's where it stops ! Once Kitzhaber is ONCE AGAIN re-elected this November and then finishes his fourth term he will have been governor for 16 years !

This guy is a liberal Dim, and I am sick to death of him !! No matter what the issue is, he's always opposite of what I'd like to see him do.
