Mr. Manafort is a non-violent first time offender and a senior citizen. Probation and rehabilitation seems like a better solution. I don't feel any safer at all with him behind bars, especially with Illegal Aliens and other violent young felons being freed.

If Manafort was a young Illegal alien or black male , and was convicted as a first time non-violent offender, libs would have hysterical if such an individual was condemned to a life term in solitary confinement.
