Per the 14th Amendment,

Happy to answer your question right afyer you answer mine. I’m not going to jump to answering you when you completely ignore the things I toss your way. Act respectfully and you’ll be treated with respect.

So can you show your work and provide the definitions of sedition and insurrection to show their difference ?

I did. He told them to “stand by”. He didn’t tell them to disband, practice tolerance, and that he didn’t want the support of hate group. He told them to “stand by”.

That's not insurrection, BTW, Trump isn't charged with either. Next.

.

“Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!”
“We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You’re very special.”

So your side is going to prove in a court of law Trump personally directed the proud boys to storm the capitol to overturn the election.
Good luck with that.
Nope, it is not one of his indictments..though at this point with 91 of them, I could have missed it?

Can you describe the difference ?

One is speech....intended to incite.

The other is actively trying to do something (having been incited).

If you don't act, there is no insurrection.

In the election of 1800, there were people who were tried and sentence to hang (but they never did) for just writing stuff in newspapers.
