Sometimes I pick up a package of frozen garbage that says low sodium and it has 1200 mg of sodium.

Worms don't pollute your body, they consume it and then they die and rot and fertilize the earth.

No milk or eggs because they are from animals.

We are in our low 60s and it might be that the amount our cardiologist thinks we need is via a supplement.

Several.

I honestly think most of our ailments are a "reward" for killing and eating other living sentient beings. We were not created carnivore or "omnivore".
 
There's a big difference between plant protein and animal protein. Cats are strict carnivores, for example; they want to eat nothing but meat. Dogs need meat, too.

Plant protein just does not suffice.
My wife just told me that's what the cardiologist said.
