Of course they should. They should respect an individual's right to a peaceful protest just as the organization does.

If folks are pissed of at Kapaernick, and I understand why they are, the best thing they can do is ignore him. Not smother him with the attention he's seeking. Had no one said anything, no one would have even heard about his grievances. Now? He's making appearances on public and social media's taking about why he's protesting.

One of the things I love about my country is the freedom to protest it. In some countries, you could end up in jail or dead for protesting against it.

And I'm no fan of Kapaernick. I never even heard of him until this incident.

There is no rule that you have to be polite at a store either. In fact in all the companies I have ever worked for, there has never been a rule that I had to be decent to anyone.

You don't need a rule that says "don't piss off the customers that pay your wages". You don't need it. It's a concept that should not require a 'rule' to be written about it.

This worthless pile of trash, pissed off the majority of the customers whose ticket purchases, pay his wage.

That is reason enough to have him removed, and he should be. I for one, hope he is.
