Politico Breaking: Jack Smith Lays Out His Case Against Trump In Vivid Detail.

It's not lawfare seamajor...he committed these crimes he's charged with, all we need is a trial and the jury conviction....

That's why Trump has done every thing possible, to delay the trial...using his own lawfare. Delay delay delay! He knows he's guilty. He knows he did what was claimed.

Yes, yet he proclaims his innocence every chance he gets. If he so damn innocent he would want a speedy trial.

None of this was available the first time around. He's going to have to explain that one. It looks much like manufactured evidence.

Jack Smith lays out his case against Trump in vivid detail

In a newly unsealed legal brief, the special counsel revealed private, detailed conversations Trump had with GOP officials in his bid to subvert the 2020 election.

As his bid to hold on to power in 2020 grew increasingly desperate, Donald Trump pressed Republican Party chair Ronna McDaniel to help promote a false claim that voting machines in Michigan had been manipulated.
McDaniel balked. She had spoken to the state’s House speaker, a Republican, who told her the claim was “fucking nuts.”

That detail was among a dossier of evidence unfurled Wednesday in a newly released legal brief by special counsel Jack Smith. The 165-page filing offers the most detailed look at Smith’s case charging Donald Trump with orchestrating multiple criminal conspiracies in his failed quest to subvert Joe Biden’s victory.
Aide: There will be violence if we keep doing this

Trump: “Make them riot. Do it.”

Aide: We don’t have evidence of voter fraud

Trump: “The details don’t matter.”

Aide: VP Pence has been moved to a secure location

Trump: “So what?”

Anonymous Aide? Inadmissible. Jack Smith has had help from ChatGPT.

Wanna bet it is at best like 'someone told me'. As with Trump grabbing the steering wheel on J6.

What we have here is election interference, pure and simple, that is how desperate Democrats are.
Neither DOJ or Jack Smith released the filing, the judge did, retard.

Smith didn’t release it. So the thread headline is inaccurate from jump street.

And it isn’t “evidence.” It consists of contentions and claims. So the thread headline is doubly wrong.

Also, Jackoff Smith is a douchebag and was probably not validly appointed which should nullify every fucking action he took including convening any grand juries. That ought to nullify those indictments, anyway.

And, the scope of the SCOTUS immunity decision does probably validate any such prosecution anyway. It wasn’t private person Trump challenging the outcome; it was President Trump performing a Presidential duty to insure that the election had properly proceeded — which he did not believe it had.
Nobody with a brain cares what that fucking criminal dirtbag claimes to have believed. He's a fucking lying bastard who knew he lost but proceeded with his plot along with his goons to nullify the votes of over 70 million people & steal the election.

The s.o.b. deserves everythng he has coming to him.

81 million people.

👍

The 163page brief outlining the evidence against trump in his efforts to steal the election was released today. Trump has immunity for actions taken under the guise of the presidency, so this document painstakingly shows things he did as a citizen that had nothing to do with the duties of president. It's lots of pages, so I don't recommend reading it all at once, but I'm gonna read about a dozen pages at the time and take a little time to think about each section before I move on to the next.
