Politico Breaking: Jack Smith Lays Out His Case Against Trump In Vivid Detail.

“We Got Him This Time” - Episode 1,178
‘In a newly unsealed court filing, special counsel Jack Smith provided the most detailed picture yet of his criminal case against Donald Trump for allegedly trying to overturn the 2020 election and why the former president isn’t immune from prosecution.
[…]
“When the defendant lost the 2020 presidential election, he resorted to crimes to try to stay in office," the special counsel's team writes. "With private co-conspirators, the defendant launched a series of increasingly desperate plans to overturn the legitimate election results in seven states that he had lost.”
[…]
“At its core, the defendant’s scheme was a private criminal effort," the special counsel writes. "In his capacity as a candidate, the defendant used deceit to target every stage of the electoral process.”’

Is that like Hillary challenging the Michigan vote in 2016?

When in doubt. When your have cogent, logical argument left to make. When have nothing but shit to say. BRING HRC.

HRC has nothing to do with this, you make chicken shit argument and try to turn into chicken soup.

You are truly sad, sick, pathetic little man.

So, you can't explain the Democrat hypocrisy. No big surprise, really.

Not a surprise to anyone following the events in the court.

And not a surprise to any normal human who understands Trump is running to interfere with these trials.

No.
None of these cases would have gone forward if Trump had gone away after 2020. All of this has been political, and it gives us a front row seat to Stalinistic tactics.

Wrong, of course. They were long underway before Trump declared his candidacy early in an effort to interfere with them.

The fact that he was a president is the reason they took too long.

So, wrong on every level.

How come Smith hasn't charged him with treason? Is it because Trump didn't commit treason, or because Smith is incompetent?
There are plenty of other US Code crimes that fall under treasonistic acts, that don't deserve the death penalty. Treason is usually never charged, but the sub crimes under it are....

Your support and twisting to EXCUSE this lawfare is both laughable, and sad.

:(
It's not lawfare seamajor...he committed these crimes he's charged with, all we need is a trial and the jury conviction....

That's why Trump has done every thing possible, to delay the trial...using his own lawfare. Delay delay delay! He knows he's guilty. He knows he did what was claimed.

Jack Smith should crawl back under the bridge he came from.
The bum looks like a meth-head, and he has no standing as an unappointed prosecutor.
‘The filing from special counsel Jack Smith’s team offers the most comprehensive view to date of what prosecutors intend to prove if the case charging Trump with conspiring to overturn the election reaches trial. Although a months-long congressional investigation and the indictment itself have chronicled in stark detail Trump’s efforts to undo the election, the filing cites previously unknown accounts offered by Trump’s closest aides to paint a portrait of an “increasingly desperate” president who, while losing his grip on the White House, “used deceit to target every stage of the electoral process.”’

Yes, yet he proclaims his innocence every chance he gets. If he so damn innocent he would want a speedy trial.

None of this was available the first time around. He's going to have to explain that one. It looks much like manufactured evidence.

Jack Smith lays out his case against Trump in vivid detail

In a newly unsealed legal brief, the special counsel revealed private, detailed conversations Trump had with GOP officials in his bid to subvert the 2020 election.

As his bid to hold on to power in 2020 grew increasingly desperate, Donald Trump pressed Republican Party chair Ronna McDaniel to help promote a false claim that voting machines in Michigan had been manipulated.
McDaniel balked. She had spoken to the state’s House speaker, a Republican, who told her the claim was “fucking nuts.”

That detail was among a dossier of evidence unfurled Wednesday in a newly released legal brief by special counsel Jack Smith. The 165-page filing offers the most detailed look at Smith’s case charging Donald Trump with orchestrating multiple criminal conspiracies in his failed quest to subvert Joe Biden’s victory.
Aide: There will be violence if we keep doing this

Trump: “Make them riot. Do it.”

Aide: We don’t have evidence of voter fraud

Trump: “The details don’t matter.”

Aide: VP Pence has been moved to a secure location

Trump: “So what?”
