They should take the baby away as she is obviously an unfit mother.Pregnant Sumter woman serving 4 years for comments made during BLM protest
Brittany Martin, of Sumter, was convicted of breach of peace in a "high and aggravated" manner, making what is normally a misdemeanor punishable by years in prisonwww.wltx.com
She should have thought of that baby before she threatened cops on line. ignorance.
Exactly…. See the January 6 detainees for their threatening words. Let’s celebrate consistently. So let me get this straight... she got four years for threatening words?
Not damaging property.
Not killing or injuring someone.
Just "threatening words".
Is this still America? I keep needing to check.
She belongs in a medical facility for her baby's sake, not in a prison. That baby matters.
Have you any idea how many unfit fathers there are in the world? They don't land in jail when they speak disrespectfully, either. They should take the baby away as she is obviously an unfit mother.
Completely agree. That child should not be made to suffer for what the mother has done. She belongs in a medical facility for her baby's sake, not in a prison. That baby matters.
Honestly? I can't believe you just wrote that. If physician wrote in her charts that she lost weight while pregnant, and she has been rushed to the hospital, and there is other empirical proof that this is not in her head, and you still write, hypochondriac?
I honestly thought that you were not a racist or hyper-partisan, that you were a decent human being, not letting shit like politics interfere with your humanity.
what unhinged speech on Saturday?
Exactly…. See the January 6 detainees for their threatening words. Let’s celebrate consistently.
I absolutely agree. Verbage should not land you in jail.So let me get this straight... she got four years for threatening words?

I seem to remember some who spent months in jail awaiting a trial for nothing more than trespassing. The January 6 Traitors did more than words. Five people died and 140 Capitol Policemen were injured.
Next it'll be more effective. The January 6 Traitors did more than words. Five people died and 140 Capitol Policemen were injured.

They're the ones turning soccer mom's into domestic terrorists.
Just for speaking a few words.
On behalf of their children.

Assault is generally defined as an intentional act that puts another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact. No physical injury is required, but the actor must have intended to cause a harmful or offensive contact with the victim and the victim must have thereby been put in immediate apprehension of such a contact.
