Then there's the reversal of Middle Eastern Power, since the Left came into power in 2007, which has taken the Middle East from there being no nation where the above noted forces were capable of operating to there now being NO NATION in the Middle East where the above noted forces are NOT OPENLY OPERATING...

Then there's the current circumstances where the would-be president of the United States is providing a path for the worst of those cults to secure their own nuclear warheads.

You can add to that the US Military readiness being at pre-WW2 Levels with the lowest standards for entry into the US Military in US military history.

The technology gap is rapidly disappearing. The Russians and Chinese are reportedly well on their way to developing stealth detection technology, which means the hundreds of billions of dollars we've spent on stealth aircraft and ships will be pointless in just a few years.
