President Hillary Clinton. One Problem. How Do You Wake Up A 70 Year Old Woman At 3:AM?

Why?

O'bama speaks in different dialects for a given audience. So did Bush. So did Clinton. Etc. etc. etc.

So do I and so do you. It's a normal part of speech. You use one voice when you're making a speech to your colleagues, another voice talking to your dog, still another with a foreigner. It's how speech works.

Then again you thought Sarah Palin belonged in the White House so this kind of simple observation may be a mystery to you.

Its called pandering when politicians to it, and it is effectively talking down to groups of people---"you are too stupid to understand normal english, so I will talk ebonics to you"

I did not say she belonged in the whitehouse, I just said I believe that she would have been a better president than obama.

you can disagree if you want, I don't give a shit what you think.

The same way you wake up an 80 year old Reagan.

It honestly was bad how.his.life ended. He was ...uh ... Not good.

You don't have any guarantees yours is not going to be the same.
Or anybody else.

On a matter of waking up - old people sleep less and usually wake up very easily

they also get tired more easily and don't think as clearly.

Hillary Clinton would be a terrible choice for president--she is one of the most divisive people in the world.

we desperately need someone who can bring this country back together, obama could have been that person, but his agenda was to deepen the divide.

No, it's adaptive dialect. She's quoting the lyrics of a folk song here, dumbass.

If you wanted to quote Bob Dylan's "A Hard Rain's a-gonna Fall" you wouldn't correct it to "a hard rain is going to fall". :banghead:

Again, not only politicians do it, ALL PEOPLE WHO SPEAK do it. It's how human language works.

I thought I had found the stupidest reasoning of the day in another thread. That play is now under review. :cuckoo:

What the hell are "innocent soldiers"? :dunno:

ask any of the libs here. they seemed to bring them up a lot when referring to what they called bush's wars.

ask them about the 58,000 innocent american soldiers sent to die by kennedy and johnson in viet nam.

they were protecting us from the jungle dwelling gooks who might have invaded our country any day on their bamboo rafts

I tried to write it in Stupid so it would sink in. Obviously I'm not that good at your dialect.

They're both SONGS, Brainiac.

yes, dipshit. I know that they are both songs. Hillary was pandering by trying to sing it like a black baptist. and for the record, she was reading it, not singing it.

she looked like a fool. But "at this point, what difference does it make?"

Here's a scenario for you. Its the fall of 2017, its 3:22am, Bill gets a call while watching some soft porn on HBO3 in his private bedroom across the way. There has been some "Exploding Incident" in Times Square. Bill runs out of his private bedroom into Hillary's bedroom where she is in her deep sleep.
Bill: Hillary! Hillary!! Wake Up! There's been some kind of explosion in Manhattan.
Hillary:( Dazed/Lathargic) Hu? Wah? Bill is that you?
Bill: Hillary Wake Up! This is your 3AM Call! You need to see Defense Secretary Howard Dean Immediately!!
Hillary: Oh Bill, I'm really tired, What Difference Does It Make? Can't I just take care of the matter tomorrow afternoon?
:eek::eek::eusa_hand:
Anyone here see this coming?
Have any of you ever tried to wake up a 70-Something year old adult at 3am?
:eusa_shifty:

It won't make any difference just like it didn't make any difference when she got the call on Benghazi. She and the president didn't do a damn thing.

I love it! Ageism!

Well, we always knew you were a woman-hater.....but we also knew the Right attracted your type very well.

She's too old and not qualified. NO WOMAN should EVER be president. Most are too hormonal and can't focus like men do. The ones with kids/aging parents are too distracted. Neither side has ANYONE good for POTUS. There is no one. We have no heroes or qualified people. Just career politicians. I can not think of one person I would vote for right now except maybe Sean Hannity or Paul Ryan. I would NOT support Hillary, Christie, Rubio, Jeb, Condi, Emanuel or Biden. I sure wish Emanuel was not a dem and did not fck up Chicago so badly. It would have been nice to have a Jewish president.

^ Excellent Right Wing talking point.

I didn't say she was singing it, Einstein; I said it's a song lyric.

If you're quoting (speaking, not singing) "The Times They Are a-Changin'", you don't invoke a reference to the song by speaking "the times are changing". DUH.
