That's how love begins.....you have an attraction toward someone. Straights learn early on that they have an attraction for the opposite sex, at least that is the way it was with me....I started liking boys when I was in elementary school. It's the same for homosexuals, they have an attraction for someone of the same sex. It's all sexual, but you don't know it when you're still innocent.

There aren't two definitions for homosexuals......homosexuals like/love/are attracted to/want to have sex with people of the same sex as themselves....it's that simple.

First we would have to figure out "why" you are attracted to brown eyed men, then go from there. Just to add... things like "color" are easily fixed, since that is just a visual memory thing.

That is ridiculous. Liking blue or brown eyes is not the same as a sexual attraction to a person of the opposite sex if you're straight or the same sex if your homosexual.

You may like blue eyes, but you're not going to get the warm fuzzies you get when there is sexual attraction.

Attractions and behaviors are changeable. Curable implies something was wrong in the first place, which is incorrect.

I can see that to an extent. You could smack me every time I was attracted to brown eyes which could make me resist the attraction. But that would not make me attracted to blue eyes. A similar thing would happen with sexual orientation attraction.

By two different definitions, I mean "literally" there are two different types of definitions being proffered by dictionary writers for the term homosexual. Both of these terms are used by people in two different ways. You may "combine" them, and that is fine. You switched the word from homosexual to homosexuals are... But saying one word means both an attraction to and an action likely performed by... well that sounds like you are talking about aspects of an "ism" homosexual-ism being the pracice of a sexual orientation between same sex partners, wherein said homosexuals like/love/are attracted to/want to have sex with people of the same sex as themselves.

Thus the word confusion probably relates to what definition of the word homosexual is being used?
