Punkass Trolls

The plot thickens... what's going on here?

There has been a disruption in the force around here nearly every weekend for like weeks now, Lumpy. One theory has it it is the same poster or gaggle of posters who, having been banned, redress as "new" and rejoin here.

Just a theory -- like gravity is "just a theory".

Hillbilly Gi(R)l is one of the Sith. Since there are always 2, no more, no less, we have yet to discover the identity of the other one.

Be careful, my young Padawan.

I do believe I have found another one....Stanley Pickle.

Right, you may be.

Careful observation to this one, we shall give.

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. In addition to the offending poster, the noun troll can also refer to the provocative message itself, as in "that was an excellent troll you posted". While the term troll and its associated action trolling are primarily associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels highly subjective, with trolling being used to describe intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context.

I believe this definition describes most people on USMB at one time or another. It would be nice to have a USMB definition.

Get it yet, you fuckwits? Or you want to play some more?

Stay the fuck off this board or you'll find out what I can hack REAL quick, you little bitches.

Dance or get off the fucking floor.

Language Guidelines:
Foul language (profanity) used in USmessageboard.com will be loosely tolerated and at the moderators discretion. Derogatory statements directed at other members as well as direct or indirect personal attacks are permitted with the stipulation that you generally look like a fool when resorting to these tactics within a serious conversation on real issues. If you're comfortable playing the fool, feel free to do so.

If someone really gets to you and you feel the need to vent, please do so within the confines of the Taunting Arena. If you don’t have thick skin and the ability to take abuse, it is better to walk away from a possible confontation and come back with constructive arguments.

Attacks on family members will not be tolerated and will be subject to action by an Admin/Mod. Action taken could range from a warning to banning and will be at Admin/Mod discretion. The only exception to this is IF a member brings his/her family member(s) into the conversation first.

Please note that direct or implied threats of violence towards another member and/or threats of any action meant to disrupt a member's normal life will be dealt with severely (minimum 10 day ban).

All members have the right to their own ideas, beliefs and faiths. Members have the right to constructively express these on USmessageboard.com with equal respect and consideration.

The rules are for everyone or they don't mean anything.

Well now, be fair. Dial up is slow and every time they need to confab, they have to disconnect from the net to use the phone.
