Secondly? That's patently untrue. President Obama ran on single payer or Medicare for all. The Republicans objected to that and instead wanted the Heritage foundation plan used by Mitt Romney. To their surprise? Obama agreed and THEN they changed that AGAIN. They put the bill into committee and were trying to kill it with additions. That's basically when Obama took the reigns and moved it out of committee. He wasn't going to let it die there. That's leadership by the way.

Third? We have 2 houses of congress, and an executive branch. The minority party should not be the one driving policy. The Ryan Budgets that congress sent to the Senate, effectively killed ObamaCare and were trying to kill SSI and Medicare. That, was patently unacceptable.
