And those things should be done across the board. Not based on race but they MUST be done.

I don’t think “playing the victim” has been the prominent driver. Sure there is a faction that play victim, push hate, play the race card, milk the entitlements etc. But there is, what I believe, a large majority that focus on other measures like education, scholarships, empowerment, community programs, sports programs, food, shelter etc etc
