Republicans: admit you are afraid of Bernie Sanders

Lol, Bernie Sanders
How is anything Bernie is saying about subsidizing poverty?

let's see if I can make heads or tails of your barely coherent question.

Are you asking me: "How is anything Bernie says, in any way subsidizing poverty?" Is that what you are asking me?

If so, that is easy to explain. If you give more and more stuff to the "poor", such as increasing the umbrella of coverage (inclusion), or other things like housing, healthcare, food, clothing, etc., you are making "poverty" a viable option for people. All at the expense of those who work. That's called subsidizing.

i just have to laugh at left-wing losers who think they can assume what others are thinking.
i'm pretty sure America doesnt want an old white socialist panderer dude for president. no need to fear Bernie at all

There is a very real possibility of Hillary not getting the Democrat Party nomination. Sanders can in no way defeat Hillary if she is able to stay in the race, but she might be forced to withdraw over scandal. Then who's left? I agree though that Sanders cannot win the Presidency.

He would be expanding healthcare but that would of course apply to everyone. Nothing he is proposing has anything to do with expanding welfare programs like food stamps or housing. He wants to raise the minimum wage. It's a pretty simple solution don't you think?

no dummy; artificial floor and ceilings are never a good solution

Sanders is a kook going nowhere fast.. yeah sure, he'll get some support from the fringe base, but it won't go any farther.

I'm not at all scared of Sanders.

No.. only a dunce thinks that raising entry level wages for the 18 - 25 group is going to ensure anything other than there will be be less jobs.

Oh, and I thought he ACA fixed everything? Now we need another fix? You people are nutz.

Any jobs initially lost from raising the minimum wage would be regained over time through the boost of consumer spending from bigger paychecks.

No one said ACA fixed everything. It just improved certain things.

Oh palease... what complete B.S. If that were all it took, then why not mandate $30/hour? Think of the spending THAT would get us!!!

Another Billy Triple Fail post.
Hey, Billy. You think the rich "sit on their money"? Like they stuff cash into the sofa cushions or something? And that isnt even the worst part.
You're an idiot. Of course they sit on most of their money. How else do we get billionaires?
People become billionaires by sitting on their money? I dunno, Billy. I've been sitting on the $35 in my wallet for the last hour or so and I dont feel richer.
Any idiot can surmise that isn't the only way they become billionaires.
NO SIR....You claim they "sit on their money"...Now you want to back pedal from that?
You don't get to have it both ways.
For Christ's sakes. Obviously I meant sitting on their money was only partly how they become billionaires. It doesn't take much rationale to figure that out.
Please.....You are all over the planet on this.

That's a load of crap. As wages rise, so do prices. Business owners realize the money has to come from somewhere.
The only thing ACA fixed was higher premiums for middle class workers.

How does one become a billionaire by sitting on money?

The level of ignorance and stupidity here is so high it reaches literally incredible proportions. I literally do not believe people are this stupid.
You are such an idiot. How does anyone accumulate wealth? They save their money retard. Saving money is sitting on it. God youre dumb.
EHHHHHHHHHHH.....WRONG, but thanks for playing.
Idle money does not grow.
Investments where they realize a positive return make money grow. Ideas make money grow. Wealthy people "employ" their assets in order to gain a positive return.

No, BIlly. You dont become rich by saving money.
Geez. Yoyu are truly the biggest moron on this site.
How are you this dumb? Yes obviously more is involved with becoming wealthy you dipshit, but saving money would obviously have to be part of it. A person worth 1 million dollars doesn't blow it on an 800,000 house. My god I feel like I am talking to a 5 year old.
Heavens to Betsy you are incredibly vapid.
No you moron. A millionaire buys the $800k house by making a 20% down payment, using the lender's money. keeps the house until it appreciates in value, sells it, pays off the mortgage and keep the equity. Only to invest that profit in another venture.

The price increase never offsets the wages gained. History proves that with previous raises.

Saw a clip on TV while waiting for a train this afternoon....in which (the clip, not the train) some guy was interviewing Sanders enthusiasts in New Hampshire.

It reinforced my belief that we NEED Sanders as president! Only way America can get enough laughs to offset eight years of malicious assault on our economy.

Think that one through thoroughly before doing the knee-jerk liberal thing.

NEVER UNDERSTIMATE THE STUPIDITY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

THERE ARE ENOUGH PARASITES OUT THERE TO MAKE HIM THE WINNER.

THERE ARE A LOT OF FOLKS WHO HATE THE WORK ETHIC AND WHO LOVE FREE LUNCHES AND SOMETHING FOR NOTHING

IM still stuck on this idea that rich people "sit on their money" and get wealthy that way. How does this work, exactly?

That has been proven wrong. We have had 2 min wage increases and they both failed to increase the number of jobs.

Thats wrong.
Min wage workers are located all across the economic spectrum. Some live in high income households. Some in middle class households.
Businesses employing min wage workers predominently exist in lower income areas.
Those business must increase prices to pay the higher wages of their workers. So lower income people subsidize higher income people.
This is only one failure of min wage.
