Republicans Represent America And Obama Represents It's Victims

You are unworthy of calling yourself a defender of freedom.

You are of a child like mind dealing with the things of men.

What you think is immaterial to those of us who have served.

Actually, I am far above you. You are the puerile soul who chose to denigrate your own kind.

What you think of Ernie S. mudwhistle is immaterial to me, because I know they have served. I wouldn't doubt they would risk their lives for yours in a firefight, Jake, but would you risk yours for theirs?

Let that steep in you for a while.

Moving on.

TK, you are a child among men. Continue to move on.

I earned my right to bitch and you earned the right to STFU.

As I have earned the right to tell you are full of crap on this issue. Now grow up.

What's this grow up nonsense?

You know, if a dirtbag like you ever started talking this rubbish in my AO, the only thing that would beat his ass to the hospital would be the headlights of the ambulance taking him there.

You'd bother with an ambulance?

What was your MOS?

Mine was 11B4S

What was yours, bitch

11 Bang Bang.

I was an 18E

Yeah, commo guys are a trip. My bestest buddy from the Team was commo.

You guys could be annoying in the Fayetteville Drive In sometimes.

They'd sit there and beep their horns in Morse Code at each other.

A bunch of us got dropped into that damned Drive In one time in a night drop. Air Force Reserves. They claimed it really did look like a DZ.

I wonder about that sometimes.

The original poster sums up just what is wrong with the political system in the USA. Its this attitude of you must see the World from my point of view or your view is totally wrong. There is no respect for an alternative view, for Americans aswell as Europeans we should be concentrating on those things that bring us together and not divide us, I have absolutely no problems with fiscal conservatives, no problem with big business, no problem with capitalism because even me a hardened liberal realize that its not great but having looked at all the other possibilities its the best of a bad bunch of alternatives.

We had a great series over here on the BBC talking about Communism, Marxism, Capitalism etc and its a shame this wasn't shown on your networks, it was an unbiased documentary, it addressed many of the issues that seem to really polarize your political and media discourse.

I think we have to be realists here, capitalism does have benefits but the key thing which I thing goes to the heart of the US polarization on this is what form this takes. What is wrong with capitalism with a dash of socialism and a bit of compassion and humanity, it doesn't have to be an either or you can have the best of both Worlds.

I think Americans people have to ask themselves what sort of country do they want for their children and grandchildren, what is wrong with some fiscal conservatism that still leaves a safety net for people, this is what really becomes bizarre for us in the UK to understand, we know that Americans are much more religious than here in Europe so we simply can't understand some of the GOP policies which IMO are anti-Christian, at times just down right cruel and inhumane.

Theres nothing wrong with people taking personal responsibility but also sometimes people through no fault of their own fall on hard times, we think its never going to happen to us but it does, even GOP supporters need help sometime, even the TP voters might need this!

So in answer to the original poster no I don't buy this, Obama is not a Commie, or Socialist, he's a Capitalist but believes in a more humane and moral type of capitalism, certainly I think many Americans would rather have the best of both Worlds rather than a rich has everything whilst everyone else gets shafted, the GOP IMO don't represent America, they represent a slide into a type of Capitalism that seeks to divide people, a country where compassion and humanity disappear to be met with a new type of "normal", this normal being the very worst type of capitalism.

It would be amazing that I got it right after waking up from said coma...

So tell us, what is it that is doing you wrong today? You seem to have a lot of issues

Watch the news out of D.C. and ask yourself how it might affect a DoD employee.

In other words, you're a victim.

Checkmate.

Martrydom is a state of mind.

I don't consider myself a victim.

I simply have lost respect for the political process.

Backwards, as usual.

The TPM hates the cultural and demographic changes in American culture.

We are not going backwards.

Damn right...

If anything, Republicans have become the victims in their own mind..

Victims of...

biased media
biased moderators
voter fraud
RINO's
uppity women
Hispanics
Blacks
Affirmative Action
political correctness

Have I left anything out that victimizes republicans daily?

Republicans are the party of the victims...
To paraphrase Andrew Shepherd...

Whatever challenge you're facing... "They are interested in 2 things and 2 things only: Making you afraid of it and telling you who is to blame"

This is how Republicans see America:

On one side:

Blacks
Asians
Whites
athiest
religious
men
women
young
old
rich
poor
straight
liberal
conservative
gays
lesbians
feminists
college professors

On the other side:
white
Christians

So tell me again.
Which side represents America?

Good post. Everything you said was close, but no cigar. Obama doesn't have good intentions.

Problem being he's trying to replace what works with something that doesn't work.

Probably not the answer he was looking for. :D
