Besides the staff, people come here from their Socialist medical care countries they can't get top quality care from. A family member of mine has worked there for most of her adult life. People have no idea of the royalty and dignitaries that come here from around the world due to security concerns.

My specialists are foreigners so I get first hand information why they move here.
