Why would he need to blow up Nordstream 2? It accomplished nothing.
Biden didn’t say he’d do anything to Nordstream 1, so you can’t use his words to imply he did anything.

Because it is likely Germany only said they were shutting it off, since Russian pipeline gas is about half the cost of shipping it from Saudi Arabia by boat.
Neither pipeline was in use. Nordstream2 never opened and the other was shut down months ago.

It is insane to claim the Russians blew up their own pipeline.
Nor is Russia the bad guy, since it is the Ukraine government in Kyiv that is racist, genocidal, stealing oil, violating treaties, and trying to illegally join NATO.
The Donetsk, Crimea, and other eastern regions of the Ukraine are Russian speaking Cossacks, Tatars, etc., and are being abused by the Polish speaking government in Kyiv that was arbitrarily given control in 1955.
No one rationally sees Russia as a victim. Even if we did accept that the US took over Kyiv, everyone recognizes that Ukraine was suffering under the corrupting influence of Russia.That is silly.
Russia absolutely needs that pipeline now that the other Russian pipelines through the Ukraine are no longer reliable.
