Everyone has to ask themselves------------> How did we as a country get everything we have, and now it is insisted that we have to pay far more to update everything. No we don't! The problem is, the government has to high of an interest payment. Get a balanced budget, and start paying the debt down, and watch how fast everything the left wants within reason, comes to fruition.
