Saudi Arabia to extend oil production cuts through September, signaling potential rise in US gas prices

Wait a second the younger Bush attacked and invaded Iraq ( republican ) , a Republican Congress pushed through the Nazi legislation that was homeland Security and Trump wanted to ban ALL Muslims. And you're attempting to blame the Democrats. LOL !
credit ratings have dipped twice under Biden jackass, let the adults talk

The president , past or present , has very little control over oil prices. Although oil usage in the Western World has decreased, it's use is exploding in the developing world, especially China and India. So the demand is greater than ever. Saudi Arabia realizes that their oil ( fields now half depleted ) isn't going to last much longer ; by rationing it out they can get a bigger buck for the bang. Supply and Demand , among other factors , determines the price. I don't see it ever getting cheap again. A slow climb to about $10.00 a gallon by 2030. Nothing / no one can change that.
we are still behind 2019 on domestic production

Idiot. So Biden is responsible for OPEC decisions now?

And I guess in that empty space between your ears, you don’t know that any of this is very easily researched information right?

No jackass, his policies directed to drive down domestic numbers are what he is responsible for, go away fucking programmed retard, now wonder this country is going in the shitter, too many programmed nut jobs like yourself

This has nothing to do with the US president. This is a response to market demand.

OPEC is always slightly cheaper than domestic crude.
It has everything to do with the knucklehead in charge, so you can take your lying bull shite and stuff it. People aren't as stupid as you leftist butt heads think. Get over yourself already.

The president of the US has nothing to do with the rise in.the cost of oil. Otherwise they would only be charging US more and not the entire world. It is in their best interest to get the biggest buck now for what oil they have left to position themselves well in the future. As ironic as it sounds they are inadvertently forcing US and the world to embrace renewables faster. So it's a good thing in the long run.Limited use of fossil fuels is more acceptable to anyone / everyone who wants a brighter future.
Biden has plenty of influence over the price of oil

He wants oil to be scarce and expendive but does not want to be blamed for it

US oil companies are returning profits to investors and focusing on stability instead of boom and bust. You don't know anything about the oil business.

Once oil is no longer the de facto power source, the saudis will be back to camel beauty contests.

Surada might be able to win one of those if she self-identifies.

Saudi Arabia has seamless downstream manufacturing. You probably should look after your own business.

The only thing seamless in Saudi Arabia is the camel humping contests. I mean, that’s why the men wear dresses, isn’t it?

no it is not, many companies that were open 3 years ago are not drilling anywhere now, dumbass
True many companies went bankrupt during Covid-19 but the survivors are producing like gangbusters... rig count is way up like it was during the Obama administration.

That's really stupid. The Saudis are looking out for their economic interests. They are very astute when it comes to market demand.
