Further, many in the bottom half actually receive payment for having not made enough money, as if being the worst workers in American somehow makes them worthy of a bonus check. 2) Fair is subjective.. you are not given, nor should you be given a share from government
3) The tax code is rigged toward those who pay lesser rates or no income tax at all... We can assume you are then for the no exception, no exemption, no ceiling, no floor flat tax on every dollar earned by every citizen?
4) The tax code is much too complex and benefits come in all sorts of areas (differing income being treated differently, people not taxed on some income at all, etc)... it is not just 'rigged toward the wealthy'
