There should be a euthanasia option available to all prison inmates. It would save the taxpayers a lot of money.

Consider that it costs an average $50k per year to house a prisoner, this fellow is in his twenties with a projected life span of fifty more years. That's $2.5 million which could be spent on a lot of worthy projects and/or causes. And he's just one example.
