Bluto, California has issues with water that are AGW drought related.

Oblio, California has drought related problems that have nothing to do with AGW.

Not because they let the water system of their state capitol fail under a month of rainstorms.

They have made no plans at all to deal with drought. And what I was referring to aside from their water mismanagement problems was their electrical grid mismanagement.

Texas has same electrical grid issues and yet you didn't mention that.

Texas has a much better statewide electrical grid which nevertheless has had some deficits exposed. And, unlike California, Texas is trying to deal with those problems.

What does California do? Rolling black outs. Advisories not to charge your electric vehicles. Advisories to set your a/c temperature to a nice balmy 78 degrees in 100+ degree weather pattern and hope that you don’t have to get blacked out.
