Oblio, California has drought related problems that have nothing to do with AGW.

They have made no plans at all to deal with drought. And what I was referring to aside from their water mismanagement problems was their electrical grid mismanagement.

Texas has a much better statewide electrical grid which nevertheless has had some deficits exposed. And, unlike California, Texas is trying to deal with those problems.

What does California do? Rolling black outs. Advisories not to charge your electric vehicles. Advisories to set your a/c temperature to a nice balmy 78 degrees in 100+ degree weather pattern and hope that you don’t have to get blacked out.

Texas grid is always failing and killing people. tax the rich and invest in America again...

Bluto, California has issues with water that are AGW drought related. Not because they let the water system of their state capitol fail under a month of rainstorms.

Texas has same electrical grid issues and yet you didn't mention that.

California's water problems have nothing to do with AGW. They are the result of poor planning by the democratic government going all the way back to Jerry Brown's first stint as governor when he cancelled all planned water projects in favor of social spending. California is what you get when you move millions of people into deserts and make no provisions for providing water. If California had spent the money wasted on the High-Speed Rail Project on desalination plants, it would be awash in fresh potable water today. After a decade of drought, the democrats in Sacramento haven't built a single desalination plant. San Diego and Avalon have, but not the state government.
