Thats correct. I think youre confused on how it works. Some scholarships everyone knows about and the money is used up. Other scholarships are less well known about and they often have funds left over. There isnt a such thing as one scholarship that covers the needs for all students in the US.So, you are saying that there is money that goes unclaimed simply because people don't know it exists, and that there is not enough money to go around, hence your arguement that it does not exist for everyone who qualifies. How can there be more than is claimed AND not enough to fullfill those who quality. Part of qualifying is to APPLY for it.Its both. I dont think you have a grasp on logic if you think its impossible for both conditions to be true. You said, "There is money that goes unclaimed simply because people dont know it exists." and now you are saying that it doesn't exist for everyone who qualifies. Which is it? Your logic seems to be chasing it's own tail.It doesnt exist for everyone that qualifies. But, as you admit, it exists. That is the point, it exists. Not everyone is guaranteed a scholarship or knows how to get one. There is money that goes unclaimed simply because people dont know it exists.
