in her dissenting opinion in the affirmative action case she openly dismisses the constitution and states ideology should be the deciding factor in US law.

in my opinion she should resign or be removed.

what say you??

She argued that affirmative action programs are legal and necessary to atone for generational discrimination against black people in America, sins that have never been fully rectified.

"The only way out of this morass—for all of us—is to stare at racial disparity unblinkingly, and then do what evidence and experts tell us is required to level the playing field and march forward together,

We all knew she was nothing more than an activist during her nomination. Most likely, the reason the pedo rican picked her in the ifrst place.
I do appreciate this truth from Thomas : Racialism simply cannot be undone by different or more racialism.
Of course, he also stood by the constitution in his opinion. Which is what the decision should have been about.

She should never have been put on the court....she isn't a judge, she is a leftist clown.

American ideology should align with the Constitution. That's a no-brainer unless you're a lefty.
not true,, people are allowed to have their own opinions,, we are talking about a SCOTUS judge ruling against the constitution in favor of her ideology,,
to me it seems she lied when she took an oath to protect and defend the constitution,,

That is indeed how a fascist would think.

Eliminate anyone who disagrees with you.
We are not taxed at a few per cent of income in this nation. Taxes have expanded massively since starting huge socially conscious agendas. The politicians are even inflating the economy to get more taxes from us and lower the living standards of those on fixed or closer to fixed incomes.
