Should there be a wisdom test for voting?

But they banned a "wise" person from voting because she was female, even though she was a property owner.

Yes letting politicians decide who has wisdom and can vote sounds like a great idea. What could go wrong giving politicians that power? haha Some ideas are just too stupid. And look at how many votes it gets...
