Hardly. I am simply asking: If Trump is so upset about the budget then why not veto it when it hits his desk?

Trump's satisfied. He'll fight for the Wall in September, but he's happy he got more funding for the military and border security. What Trump really wants to do is set up the legislature and the country for the nuclear option, changing the senate to a simple majority vote to pass all legislation. They've been chiseling away at the 60% for awhile now, and it seems the last gasp of forced compromise is about to occur.
