The House's inquiry and Articles of impeachment are all based on 2nd hand testimony, which is not allowed in the senate trial. Additionally, the USSC's decision to hear the Trump vs House subpoena on tax records voids Article-2 of the impeachment. Trump does in-fact have the right to take House subpoenas to court, and that is NOT "Obstruction of the House". There is no such thing. Article-2 is gone.
