Every summer Texas has a high pressure cell that parks over the state that stops the wind and cloud cover and it just bakes.
The problem with their Wind Turbines is that they need wind to function.
They need to build some natural gas powered electric plants for backup power.

Wait until CA closes down the next energy plant..scheduled already -this year some time. The CA voters are told to look away, however, don't worry about scheduled blackouts, focus on EC, and forget that all EC charging stations will be taxed and added costs for all public charge stations..."free" stuff no longer in the works so less appealing to those who wanted to live the slacker life.
