You're wrong. The US will treat anyone who is injured or suffering from a serious medical condition. Public Hospitals will continue to treat those until they are out of danger and/or ambulatory; private hospitals will dump the patient ASAP on the Public Hospital, or on skid row.

The truth is Baltimore has a murder rate 4 times that of Guatemala. If you take cost of living into account, you're better off in Guatemala.
