So who's the leaker?

Seems there are different possibilities here.
One prevailing thought of course, is that it's a liberal clerk, who leaked it with the hope that once the justices see the massive outcry, one or more them might change their vote.

Another, is the idea that it's one of the conservative justices, who not wanting to see another situation like that occurred when Roberts got cold feet and changed his vote reaffirming Obamacare. By leaking the decision, it could put pressure on the conservative justices to stay the course and not be remembered like Roberts will always be remembered.
Didn't want the truth to come out. Not a good look.

This maybe a factor in in the leak if it came from the left side of the fence. of.https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/05/timing-intentional-roe-v-wade-leak-lefts-answer-2000-mules-documentary-release-today-proves-2020-election-stolen/
No. Nobody outside the cult gives a shit about that.

If be curious to see what people think about, should there be any consequences for the person who leaked it?

The notion that a Justice would have leaked the document to coerce another Justice's vote is ludicrous. Which party tends to gain by the leak? Obviously democrats needed an issue for the mid-terms while the Country is falling apart under the Biden administration. The question is whether the investigators will do a thorough job if they suspect the leaker is a liberal democrat.

I think your priority is messed up here.

The leaker isn't the problem.

The problem is the court is about to ignore 50 years of precedent to force women to have pregnancies they don't want.

And now candidates have 6 months to campaign on it.

Pretty sure it was Biden. But it wasn't a leak, he just forgot who he was talking to.

Here's the problem with that goofy theory.

Eventually, this ruling was going to come out, regardless. And it would have been an issue for that benefits the Democrats... Will definitely get asses out of chairs.

My theory was that Alito leaked it himself, worried Rapey Kavanaugh or Serena Joy Barrett are a little reluctant to go so far as to overturn Roe at this point...
