Social Conservatives are setting up a scenario where In the future, Trump will not be able to file for no fault in Florida. It is suspected that if and when he loses in 2024, he will ditch the bitch as they say.

"Florida is strictly a no-fault divorce state. Either party may seek a divorce without proving any wrongdoing on the part of the other party."

Since 2010, anyone with standing (spouses) -- seeking a divorce in New York State -- under oath, in a Verified Complaint, can end a relationship of marriage by stating under oath that the marriage has broken down irretrievably for a period of at least six months.

It has been noted that Mr. Trump was of mixed feelings when In 2010, New York was the last state in the United States to enact a true “no-fault” divorce statute. He had to suffer twice, the indignities of marital dirty diapers being held up in public.

In 1977, Trump married his first spouse, Ivana Zelnickova, who was originally from Czechoslovakia and became a US citizen in 1988. The couple had three children: Donald, Jr. (born in 1977), Ivanka (born in 1981), and Eric (born in 1984). Donald and Ivana Trump divorced in 1992 in the wake of revelations, widely covered in New York City tabloid newspapers, that Trump had been engaging in an extra-marital affair with American actor Marla Maples. Trump and Maples were married in 1993, two months after their daughter Tiffany was born. They were separated in 1997 and divorced in 1999; Maples raised Tiffany in California while Trump maintained his primary residence in New York City. While his divorce to Maples was pending, Trump began dating Slovenian model Melania Knauss. They married in Palm Beach, Florida, in January 2005. Their son Barron was born the following year. Ivana Trump died in July 2022.

A growing cadre of GOP social conservatives as senior as House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senator JD Vance say no-fault divorce has undermined family stability, and they attribute a litany of social ills to it. Vance told high schoolers in California in 2022 that “even violent” marriages should continue in some cases. Johnson and his spouse, meanwhile, are in a covenant marriage, a rare legal institution available in only three states that essentially waives no-fault divorce rights preemptively.
