The "nominal" cost is when you factor in GPO (group purchasing organizations) and eligible drugs under the 340b program (apexus). They usually do not apply to individual purchases.Yes it does. In the case of Ms. Fluke, it would come from her premiums. In the case of the study, the money spent today is nominal compared to the money spent on new classrooms, prisons, and entitlements in 10-20 years.
If it's "nominal" then she can pay for it herself. Or you can pay for it. Either way, it's NOT the responsibility of the federal government and it is unconstitutional.
If you want to talk about price controls for drugs, I'm all ears.
Furthermore, lets cut off the unconstitutional entitlements and put prisoners to work 12 hours per day. All problems solved!
What do you want prisoners to do for 12 hours a day--what types of work? Just curious.
Oh I see, so now your backpedaling after I pointed out that if it were "nominal", why doesn't everyone pay for it themselves? Typical of the left.
Here's the thing though - it really makes no difference how you spin any cost for any item - it's still the responsibility of the individual to purchase their own good and services. The only time it is not the responsibility of the individual is when someone - OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL - decides to assume and/or share in the burden. It's called "charity" - a concept not understood by the greedy, selfish dumbocrat.
Unless, of course, you are a communist who believes we should all share the burden of all costs. So is that what you're saying? Can we finally have an honest conversation? Or would you prefer to continue this useless dance that you're some "red-blooded American" even while you keep calling for communism and supporting the radical Marxist on the White House?
