More vile attacks on the Supreme Court and our justice system from the left.
They are waging war on the Supreme Court, launched a few years back when Schumer sent out his dog whistle on the steps of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court will have a "supporting role" in the potential violence that could erupt if former President Donald Trump attempts to undermine the 2024 election, former federal prosecutor and attorney Glenn Kirschner said.
Asked on Friday about the presidential immunity case before the High Court, Kirschner spoke on the radio, telling the Dean Obeidallah Show that he expects the justices to send the matter back to a lower court in D.C. and ask Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing the federal election interference case against Trump, to see if there's any immunity that would cover Trump's actions.
"They've blown it for the American people," Kirschner, an outspoken critic of the former president, said of the Supreme Court. "They've blown it for our free and fair elections. They've blown it for our ability to keep our republic and they're paving the way for Donald Trump to be in a position to steal the 2024 election. And when he loses, he's going to resort to violence again. We've seen this movie before and now in a supporting role, in this movie, the Supreme Court."
Newsweek reached out to the Supreme Court via email for comment.
