You could have a court that overturns Roe one day, and then reaffirms Casey the next day.
It hasn't happened because the court has in general supported precedent, even their own, so they wouldn't do that.When has that happened? That is pure speculation of what could happen and ignorance of the way SCOTUS decisions are made.
But a court that felt free to decide every casewithout stare decicis, and looking at each de-novo, could easily overturn Roe, and confirm Casey.
